Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to intake assessments, developing treatment plans, case management, individual and group counseling, discharge and after-care planning. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Good written and oral communication skills required.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

A valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required.

License must be current and certified in the State of Illinois.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 5:30am to 1:30pm and alternate Saturdays from 6:00am to 11:00am.

Methadone maintenance experience preferred but will train.
