    Eligible applicant would possess a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service Field and a CADC or CADC eligible with in two years of date of hire. This position requires one -two evenings of facilitating groups, individual therapy with clients, and community involvement with education regarding addiction.

    1.       Provides case management, outreach and aftercare services to adult clients and their families. Typical caseload is 15-20 clients.

    2.       Facilitates supportive treatment invention to maintain or enhance client’s capacity for independent functioning. 3.       Facilitates client’s admission to in-patient substance abuse treatment or linkage to out-patient treatment, as needed.

    4.       Intervenes using a holistic approach to change attitudes, beliefs and behavior of clients in an effort to improve client and family functioning. 5.       Completes and submits all necessary reports and documentation accurately and on time as required by agency, regulatory bodies and funding sources.
