Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field. CADC or LPC preferred; plus two years of experience in Behavioral Health or Chemical Dependency programs. Must have thorough knowledge of the disease of alcoholism/addiction and its application to patient care. A good working knowledge of evidence based treatment practices for Substance Use Disorders and Mental Health conditions is required. Person must be in recovery from Substance Use Disorder or Mental Health condition. Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) a plus. Person must be willing to travel using company vehicle to meet with the patient, which may include their home etc. Person must be willing to acquire additional licenses as mandated by public and commercial payers. Must have valid driver’s license and minimal auto insurance.
