    Monday - Friday 7:00am until 3:00pm

    Salary:  Starting at $19.54


    Master’s degree in Counseling, Addictions, Social Work or related field. Must have CADC or LPC (LCPC/LCSW preferred).  A minimum of three years’ experience in chemical dependency and mental health. Must have two years supervisory experience required; must be able to effectively and competently supervise staff and overall treatment of patients; must have medical experience and knowledge to recognize the signs and symptoms of serious or potentially threatening illnesses or behaviors.  Must have experience in completing substance abuse and mental health assessments.  Experience with electronic medical records a plus.  A valid driver’s license and minimal auto insurance required.

    Good organization skills, ability to use logical thinking to solve problems. Good short-term memory, verbal communication skills, ability to provide and follow effectively written and verbal instructions.

    Ability to effectively monitor and develop subordinates, as well as to retrieve information from policy and procedure manuals. Ability to successfully complete training and perform C.P.R. Ability to perform light physical work exerting up to ten (10) pounds of force on an occasional basis.  Sitting, standing, walking short distances are activities that the Coordinator of Central Intake must perform.
