Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages all Center operations.
- Monthly review of patient records.
- Administration of QA and safety reviews, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Scheduling and implementation of regular staff activities, such as daily, weekly and end of month reports, staff meetings, and other meetings as required.
- Performs written performance evaluations of Center staff.
- Coordinates in-service training for staff.
- Provides staff orientation and training.
