The Clinical Manager is expected to foster a reputation for excellence, responsiveness, conscientious care, accurate and timely reports and paperwork, building of teamwork, in a personable and professional manner at all times.
Candidates will hold current CADC certification, have 2-3 years of supervisory experience in social services setting or 2 years with LSW/LPC. Must have direct service experience in Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse programs. Must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and listening skills. Bi-lingual skills preferred.
Clinical Manager will have the following skills:

Overseeing and performing complex problem resolution activities.
Maintaining and directing the maintenance of accurate records, accounts and files.
Planning, supervising, reviewing and evaluating the work of staff.

Ability to successfully implement a strategic plan to increase productivity, revenue, and the quality and efficiency of services provided.
