Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs admission assessment for new patients.
Orients new patients to the Center’s program.
Prepares treatment plans and updates.
Conducts counseling sessions with patients.
Coordinates referrals and services with other agencies.
Obtains observed and unobserved drug urine specimens.
Maintains clear, concise patient records (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.)
Responsible for all daily Center operations.
Assists in the monthly review of patient records.
Assist in the administration of QA and safety reviews, and follow up on corrective actions.
Assist in the scheduling and implementation of regular staff activities, such as daily, weekly and end of month reports, staff meetings, and other meetings as required.
Performs written performance evaluations of Center staff.
Coordinates in-service training for staff.
Provides staff orientation and training.
