Position: Intake Counselor
Agency: The SHARE Program
Location: Hoffman Estates, IL

Description:
Complete Phone Screen assessments, provide diagnostic and treatment services to clients, provide referrals when necessary, have a working knowledge of ASAM Criteria for level of care. Looking for both part-time and full-time; weekends and some holidays. Send resumes to Kevin via fax or e-mail.

Requirements:
Minimum requirement of a High School diploma, CADC/CARS required, experience a plus
