Position: Part Time Detox Coordinator
Agency: Family Guidance Centers
Location: Chicago, IL

Description:
Job responsibilities include working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with hospital staff and FGC staff. Responsible for assisting, monitoring and coordinating services for Medical Detox Patients.

Requirements:
Experience in Social Services or related health field. Must have good written and oral communication skills, crisis intervention skills and basic computer skills. Various shifts. Applicant must be punctual and dependable. Detox Coordinator: CADC preferred.
