Position: Case Manager
Agency: Illinois Institute for Addiction Recovery
Location: Springfield, IL

Description:
Responsible for working with the counselor and the treatment team to ensure complete coordination of the patient treatment plan from admission through discharge. This is an entry-level position into the Illinois Institute for Addiction Recovery.



Requirements:
CARS credential (must be certified at the CADC level within eighteen months of employment), valid driver's license, and Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have control over personal use of all mood altering chemicals and behaviors. If recovering from an addiction, must currently have a minimum of two years of uninterrupted recovery and must actively treat this addiction by appropriate recovery practices.
