Requests for credential reinstatements are now being accepted. If your credential has expired within the last two years, and you would like to be considered for a reinstatement, please email info@iaodapca.org with your request. The request will be reviewed by the Executive Director, and a response will come via email within 30 business days.
If your credential has been terminated, you may not present yourself as holding a credential.
The ICB office will be closed today, January 26, 2026, due to inclement weather conditions. We plan to reopen tomorrow, January 27, 2026.
